Qualifications:
Master's degree in School Psychology (required) Current licensure as a School Psychologist in Michigan Experience in educational settings serving elementary, middle, and/or high school students Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret psychological data Commitment to culturally responsive practices and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
Provide direct psychological services to students, including counseling and crisis intervention Conduct psycho-educational assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations for special education Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to design interventions and support plans Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans Promote a safe, inclusive school climate and address barriers to learning Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes Deliver professional development and consult on strategies for diverse learners You will engage with committed educators and families, making an impact across multiple grade levels.
