Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Certification as a School Psychologist in Michigan (or willingness to swiftly obtain MI licensure prior to start date) Degree in Psychology or related field Previous experience in school settings preferred Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and provide psychological evaluations for students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans Partner closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student development and mental health Contribute to mental health programming and wellness initiatives within school buildings Support positive behavioral interventions and consult on best practices Engage with 1-2 school buildings, depending on assignment, as part of a supportive, district-wide psychologist team This role is exclusively onsite, offering the opportunity to work face-to-face with students and staff for the 2026-2027 school year.
