Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract A full-time School Psychologist position is available for both Elementary and High School levels in Rochester, MI. This role involves working within a school setting to support the psychological and educational needs of students through assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments to evaluate student needs Develop and implement intervention plans to support student success Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address behavioral and learning challenges Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and other multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies and regulations
Desired Qualifications:
Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure Experience working with elementary and high school students Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and educational interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
