- Full-time Behavioral Psychologist This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 General Summary Montcalm Care Network is looking to hire a Behavioral Psychologist to work under the supervision of the Specialty Services Manager.
This role provides behavioral psychology services primarily to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) residing in Adult Foster Care (AFC) homes. Conducts behavioral assessments, develops and monitors behavior support plans, and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes and quality of life. Reviews contracted Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to ensure appropriate and effective delivery of care for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Delivers training and ongoing consultation to staff and direct care workers on principles of behaviorism, behavior intervention strategies, and implementation of behavior support plans. Participates as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, support treatment goals, and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Must possess a Board Certified Behavioral Analysis (BCBA) credential.

Student Loan Repayment :
MCN is an approved National Health Service site (NHSC, a loan repayment program); in addition to Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), and MDHHS Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program (BHLRP). MCN offers tuition reimbursement of up to $5,250 per year.

Education:
Possession of a Master's Degree in Psychology.
Experience:
Specialized training and experience in behavioral management assessments and treatments. One year of professional experience in a mental health agency is preferred. May need experience in a specialty population children with SED, persons with DD, adults with SMI, the elderly, persons with co-occurring substance use disorders or complex medical conditions.
Salary Range:
$65,453
Other Requirements:
Limited License Psychologist by the State of Michigan. Board Certified Behavioral Analysis (BCBA) credential and QIDP. Possession of a valid State of Michigan driver's license.
