Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited program in school psychology or a related field Active and current Michigan school psychologist licensure Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school populations Strong knowledge of assessment tools, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct student assessments to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop targeted interventions Provide counseling services, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families regarding academic, emotional, or social concerns Participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Support school-wide initiatives to promote mental and emotional health Maintain clear, thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines In this role, you'll contribute to a nurturing educational environment, working closely with staff and families to ensure every student's needs are met.
