Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity near Burnsville, MN, supporting students as a valued member of a dynamic evaluations team. This role focuses on providing psychological services for secondary-level students, encompassing both middle and high school caseloads. The position calls for two dedicated professionals driven to make a positive impact through collaboration and expert consultation.
Key qualifications:
Valid Minnesota School Psychologist Certification required Previous experience with secondary (middle/high school) student populations is highly desirable Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams Solid understanding of the evaluation process, including best practices in assessment and intervention Ability to facilitate student-centered meetings, collaborate with intervention teams, and provide tailored consultation Primary responsibilities: Conduct psychoeducational evaluations for middle and high school students as part of a supportive evaluations team Collaborate closely with other educators and specialists to develop and implement effective interventions Serve as a primary consultant for the intervention team, helping guide educational strategies and solutions Attend relevant consultation meetings, sharing insights and expertise to support student success This opportunity offers hourly compensation from $45 to $55 based on experience and qualifications.
