Minnetonka, MN Employment Type:
Full-Time A growing outpatient behavioral health practice in the Minnetonka area is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, energetic professional who is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate mental health and neurodevelopmental challenges. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of clinical experience , a strong clinical foundation, and an engaging, outgoing personality that helps build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and families. Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Support clients across a variety of mental health and neurodevelopmental concerns Areas of Focus The psychologist will work with clients experiencing: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Anxiety Disorders Depression Trauma and Trauma-Related Concerns Behavioral and Emotional Challenges Other Mental Health and Neurodevelopmental Needs Qualifications Licensed Psychologist in the State of Minnesota (or eligible for licensure) Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience Strong assessment and therapeutic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Positive, professional, and outgoing personality Commitment to providing exceptional patient care What You'll Find Full-time outpatient setting Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families Diverse caseload and rewarding clinical work Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their CV confidentially to jessica.rehder@gogpac.com or contact Jessica directly at 605-705-4855 for additional information.
