Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students across elementary, middle, and high school levels by providing essential psychological services in a supportive educational environment. This contract opportunity is located near Lakeville, MN, and seeks a dedicated professional ready to collaborate with educators, families, and allied specialists.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, school psychology, or a related field required Current and valid Minnesota school psychologist licensure Previous experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills Ability to administer and interpret psychological and educational assessments Familiarity with special education regulations and support systems Organized, adaptable, and able to manage a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide counseling, consultation, and intervention services directly to students Work closely with families, teachers, and specialists to ensure comprehensive support for each student Offer crisis intervention and behavioral supports as needed Contribute to data-driven decision-making and the creation of positive learning environments Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and district guidelines This contract role promises the opportunity to work alongside passionate educators in a dynamic setting, while making a genuine impact on students' academic and emotional wellbeing.
