We re looking for a certain kind of clinician: a BCBA who aspires to have their kids make breakthroughs families talk about for years, whose BTs and RBTs grow into better clinicians because of their mentorship, and who can hold scientific rigor in one hand and steady, sensitive care in the other and never let go!
