School Year Position Details:
Start ing August 2026 1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday About the Role Hello, School Psychologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Psychologist for a K-12 school setting in the greater St. Louis, Missouri area. In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. Why Join Us Competitive pay + steady school-year schedule W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits• + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You'll Do Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations What We're Looking For Master's degree in School Psychology (or equivalent) Valid Missouri Licensure, DESE Certificate (required by start date) Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, not required NASP membership a plus About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
