Licensed Psychologist Carolina Psychological Assessment Center (CPAC) Asheville, NC Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract From $100,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Professional development assistance Qualifications Collaborate with healthcare professionals Individual therapy Individual psychological assessments Working with children Clinical Psychology Psychology Full Job Description Carolina Psychological Assessment Center (CPAC) is looking for a Licensed Psychologist interested in providing a combination of individual psychotherapy and psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments in a private practice in the heart of beautiful Asheville, NC in the Blue Ridge Mountains. CPAC provides comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adults. We have an established referral base and are especially sought out for Autism assessment in a strength-based, neurodiversity framework. Learn more about us at www.carolinapsyc.com.
Essential Functions:
- Provide comprehensive assessments, analyze and interpret data, write assessment reports.
- Hold follow up results appointments to review diagnosis and provide evidence-based treatment recommendations.
- Consult closely with referral agents, such as Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Therapists, Educators, and Primary Care Physicians.

- Full- or part-time option with flexibility in schedule and autonomy in both specialization area and volume of assessments.
- Referrals, personalized administrative support, insurance and billing, furnished personal office space, and all needed testing equipment, including Q-Interactive account.
- Annual projected compensation for full-time (3 assessments per week) is over $100,000.00.
- Option to set up 401K retirement plan as well as disability and other insurance plans through Aflac.
Requirements:
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology or Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA)
- A valid Psychologist license/license eligible in the state of North Carolina
- Training and preferably at least 1 year of post-doctoral experience in neuropsychological, cognitive, psychological, and/or personality assessment of children and/or adults
- A strong appreciation for a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to psychological assessment
