The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in clinical psychology, with a focus on providing comprehensive psychological assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention across diverse populations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to patient-centered care, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed approaches. The Licensed Psychologist will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services within inpatient, outpatient, hospital, and telehealth settings. Duties Conduct thorough psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals across age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral health interventions, and trauma-focused care including PTSD management. Collaborate with medical teams to develop integrated treatment plans that address mental health needs alongside physical health conditions. Offer crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute psychological distress or emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization. Supervise and mentor junior staff or trainees in clinical best practices while maintaining compliance with licensing standards. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Participate in research initiatives to advance clinical practices and improve patient outcomes within behavioral health programs. Engage in telehealth service delivery to expand access to mental health care for diverse populations across geographic locations. Requirements Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution. Valid licensure as a Licensed Psychologist in the relevant jurisdiction with current certification. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations in various settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, or schools. Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and group therapy modalities. Strong background in crisis intervention techniques and managing psychiatric emergencies effectively. Familiarity with medical records management systems compliant with HIPAA standards and experience conducting intake assessments. Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), disabilities, or addiction issues is highly desirable. Telehealth experience is preferred to facilitate remote patient care; familiarity with virtual platforms is essential. Excellent communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient care; ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
