CLINIC-BASED CLINICAL WORK
Be part of a collaborative clinic environment where you can work directly with clients, support BTs/RBTs, collaborate with families, and make meaningful clinical decisions in a team-focused setting.
LOW CASELOADS
We prioritize quality of care over quantity of clients . With a lower caseload, you'll have more time for clinical decision-making, data analysis, treatment planning, BT/RBT support, and meaningful collaboration with families.

What We're Looking For Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam — let's line up a role for when you're certified! Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field NC BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (we compensate for this cost!) Newly certified BCBAs are welcome! Clinical mentorship and support are available as you continue developing your skills.
