•$90 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Collaborate with healthcare professionals LMFT Parent collaboration Licensed Clinical Social Worker HIPAA Experience working with children Multidisciplinary team collaboration for treatment planning Working with families Licensed Psychologist Credentials Experience working with families with children Full Job Description Ayona Amen LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Professional to provide part-time clinical support for our residential group home serving children and adolescents with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral or mental health needs. This is a flexible, part-time position for approximately 4 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical consultation and oversight within the scope of professional licensure. Review assessments, service/treatment plans, behavioral information, and other clinical documentation as appropriate. Provide clinical recommendations based on each resident's individual needs. Collaborate with the Qualified Professional (QP), management, direct-care staff, families/guardians, and other members of the treatment team as appropriate. Participate in treatment-team meetings and case consultations as needed. Provide guidance regarding behavioral and mental health needs, crisis prevention, and appropriate interventions. Monitor clinical progress and recommend changes when clinically indicated. Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with applicable state requirements, HIPAA, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Must hold a current North Carolina professional license appropriate to the services provided, such as LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or another appropriately licensed behavioral health professional. Experience working with children or adolescents is preferred. Experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD), behavioral health, mental health, or residential services is preferred. Knowledge of person-centered planning, behavioral supports, crisis prevention, and clinical documentation is preferred. Must be able to work collaboratively with the QP, direct-care staff, families/guardians, and other professionals.
Schedule:
Approximately 4 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
Pay:
$80
•90 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
