Job Description

Job Summary The Workshop is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Psychologist to join our interdisciplinary team serving children, adolescents, and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This position is responsible for conducting evaluations, developing treatment recommendations, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting individuals, families, and staff through evidence-based and person-centered practices.
Starting Pay:
$110,000-$130,000 (salary is negotiable) Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Vacation (2 weeks) Sick Leave (3 days) Paid Holidays 401k and 401k Matching Required Qualifications Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.

D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution. Active and unrestricted licensure as a Psychologist in the State of North Carolina. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, communication, and report-writing skills. Ability to work collaboratively with individuals, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Experience conducting psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments. Knowledge of NC Innovations Waiver and Medicaid-funded services. Experience providing clinical consultation, staff training, and behavioral support recommendations. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological evaluations, assessments, and diagnostic interviews. Develop treatment recommendations and written reports based on assessment findings. Provide clinical consultation and support to individuals, families, caregivers, and agency staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, person-centered services. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable ethical, professional, and regulatory standards. Participate in clinical reviews, team meetings, and quality improvement activities. Work Environment Services may be provided in community, home, or program settings Regular collaboration with clinical leadership, Qualified Professionals (QPs), and direct care staff
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
