  • Full-time, Contract Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our dynamic behavioral health team.
In this role, you will provide expert psychological assessment, therapy, and support to diverse patient populations across inpatient and outpatient settings. Your expertise will help individuals of all ages—children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics—navigate mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and improve overall well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference through evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and specialized interventions for conditions like PTSD and autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient-centered care, skilled in crisis intervention, and experienced in working with individuals with disabilities or complex mental health needs. Duties Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing to inform treatment planning. Develop personalized treatment plans that address mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction issues, and developmental disorders. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including social workers, medical staff, educators, and caregivers—to coordinate holistic patient care. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations; document intake assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Experience Proven experience in clinical psychology or mental health counseling within inpatient or outpatient settings. Experience with psychological testing and diagnostic evaluation tools relevant to diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and managing sensitive medical records securely. Knowledge of behavioral health treatments for PTSD care, addiction counseling, autism spectrum disorders, and working with individuals with disabilities.
