Licensed Psychological Associate - Good Company Values and Culture Ability Builders ABA Co High Point, NC Job Details Full-time $90,000 - $100,000 a year 20 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Flexible schedule Qualifications Master's degree in psychology Full Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) for Autism Assessment s to join our client's team in the Triad area (Winston Salem, High Point, Greensboro) This role focuses on diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents (ages 1-21), integrating test results, clinical interviews, and behavioral observations to deliver high-quality, family-centered reports and treatment recommendations. Salary:
$90,000-$100,000 (commensurate with experience) Bonus potential based on productivity and quality outcomes Flexible schedule with autonomy in caseload management Paid time off and paid holidays

Professional Support :
Reimbursement for licensure application and renewal fees Ongoing training and supervision in autism and developmental assessments Key Responsibilities Clinical Assessment Select, administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological assessments. Conduct autism and differential diagnostic evaluations using evidence-based tools and methodologies. Integrate behavioral observations, test data, and clinical interviews into cohesive, comprehensive reports. Reporting & Family Support Prepare clear, detailed, and timely evaluation reports. Conduct feedback sessions with families to explain results, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations. Provide individualized guidance and referrals for appropriate follow-up services. Collabortion & Teamwork Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and effective communication. Collaborate with caregivers, clinicians, and community partners to support ongoing treatment. Participate in team meetings, peer consultations, and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications Education :
Master's degree in Psychology from an accredited institution (required). L icensure : Active North Carolina Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) credential (required).
Experience :
Experience conducting autism and developmental assessments preferred (training provided). Familiarity with evidence-based assessment tools and DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and digital testing platforms.

Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and manage a 40+ hour workweek. Physical requirements include prolonged standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
