Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Per Diem Make a difference each day by supporting students' well-being as a dedicated school psychologist. This per diem position offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse student population, collaborating closely with educational teams to foster a supportive learning environment—right near the Bedford, NH area.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution Valid and current certification/license as a school psychologist (as required by state guidelines) Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, behavioral intervention strategies, and counseling techniques Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to identify students' academic and behavioral needs Offer expertise on intervention strategies that promote students' emotional and social development Support IEP (Individualized Education Program) teams with evaluations, documentation, and reporting Deliver counseling services, crisis intervention, and social-emotional learning supports to students as needed Observe classrooms, analyze data, and recommend accommodations to optimize learning environments Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements Contribute to ongoing professional development initiatives within the school community This per diem opportunity provides flexibility, allowing you to structure your work around your lifestyle while making a positive impact on students' lives.
