Unlicensed Clinician starting salary:
$68,556.80 Licensed Clinician starting salary: $73,322.20 West Central Behavioral Health is seeking a Full-Time School Liaison Clinician to support integrated behavioral health services within partnering school districts. The School Liaison Clinician is embedded within a partnering school district and splits time equally between direct clinical services for students (50%) and systems-level MTSS-B implementation support (50%). This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about school-based mental health, interested in organizational and systems-level work, and committed to expanding access to care for underserved youth and families.
Basic Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to students consistent with evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans, with emphasis on access for un- and underinsured students.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation in the agency EHR consistent with agency and state standards.
  • Serve as WCBH's primary MTSS-B liaison within the assigned school district, participating on district- and school-level behavioral health teams.
  • Provide behavioral health consultation, coaching, and training to school staff to support tiered systems of support (Tiers 1, 2, and 3).
  • Facilitate development of integrated referral pathways, school-WCBH communication procedures, and crisis response protocols.
  • Coordinate care with school staff, families, primary care providers, DCYF, and community partners.

Education:
  • Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, school psychology, or equivalent behavioral health discipline required
  • Degree program must include a minimum of one semester of supervised clinical practicum or internship
Experience:
  • Minimum two years of post-degree supervised clinical experience with children and families required
  • Experience in behavioral health and education systems navigation preferred
  • Familiarity with NH school systems and System of Care values preferred
Required Skills:
  • Licensed or license-eligible in the State of New Hampshire (LICSW, LCMHC, or equivalent); candidates actively working toward licensure will be considered
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in a community-based, school-embedded setting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with
Microsoft Office Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of and experience with MTSS-B frameworks and school-based systems of support
  • Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation
  • Prior experience in a community mental health and/or school-based behavioral health environment
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to access all agency sites and assigned school district buildings
  • Ability to lift, push, and/or pull 10 lbs.
