Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in students' lives by providing essential psychological support in an educational setting near Keene, NH. This contract opportunity is perfect for skilled School Psychologists who want to work collaboratively with educators, families, and students to promote academic, social, and emotional success.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Valid and current School Psychologist certification or license Master's or Specialist's degree in School Psychology or related field Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations, developing IEPs, and interpreting assessment data Excellent skills in counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families Experience with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) or response to intervention (RTI) preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans Provide counseling services to students, both individually and in groups, addressing academic, emotional, and social concerns Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making Offer consultation and support to teachers, parents, and administrators regarding student learning and mental health Support crisis prevention and intervention efforts within the school community
