Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact on students' lives by lending your expertise as a School Psychologist in an inspiring educational environment. As a key member of a collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to support students' academic, emotional, and social well-being through assessment, intervention, and consultation. Desired Experience and Skills:
Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and special education processes Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Experience conducting counseling, crisis intervention, or behavioral support within a school setting is a plus Keen organizational skills and professional integrity
Responsibilities:
Administer psychological tests and assessments to evaluate students' needs Collaborate with educators and families to design effective interventions Provide one-on-one and group counseling to support social-emotional growth Assist in developing behavioral management strategies and support plans Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure compliance with all regulations Serve as a resource for staff and families, providing guidance and strategies to optimize student success This role offers a rewarding blend of autonomy and teamwork, allowing you to showcase your expertise while being part of a supportive school community.
