Job Description

A well-respected psychological practice located in Mercer County, New Jersey, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with expertise in working with children and adolescents to join its collaborative clinical team. This position involves providing psychological evaluations and psychotherapy services in a supportive, professional, and patient-centered environment. The psychologist will play an integral role in supporting, educating, and advocating for patients and their families while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and ethical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and provide psychotherapy services for children and adolescents Maintain timely, accurate, and detailed clinical documentation regarding patient concerns, treatment progress, and clinical decisions Participate regularly in clinical supervision, case presentations, and staff meetings Uphold strict patient confidentiality and adhere to the highest ethical standards Promptly notify the Clinical Director if a patient appears to be at risk of harming themselves or others Check and respond to messages daily and maintain communication with the answering service Schedule and bill patients in accordance with office policies and procedures Participate in presentations and outreach efforts designed to promote the practice This practice offers a collegial and supportive environment dedicated to providing high-quality psychological care to children, adolescents, and families, along with excellent compensation.
