Qualifications:
Hold a Master's degree in School Psychology or related field Possess a current New Mexico school psychologist license Experience in elementary, middle, and high school environments preferred Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Organized, flexible, and able to handle a varied caseload
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs Conduct psychological and psycho-educational assessments Interpret test results and provide recommendations to teachers, parents, and administrators Develop intervention and crisis-response plans as needed Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate on IEPs Support the implementation of positive behavioral interventions across school levels Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment Working with us means you'll have the opportunity to build strong connections with students, staff, and families while advancing your skills within a supportive educational community.
