Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact supporting students from elementary through high school as a School Psychologist. This contract assignment offers the rewarding opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive and inclusive school environment near Carson City, NV. You will work across various grade levels, utilizing your expertise to assess student needs, develop intervention strategies, and contribute to the creation of positive learning experiences. Qualifications:
Master's degree in School Psychology (required) Valid NV School Psychologist license Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students (desired) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to advocating for student success and well-being
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations Interpret assessment results to develop appropriate recommendations Provide counseling services to students and consult with families and staff Support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in eligibility meetings Collaborate with teachers and administrators to implement effective interventions Promote positive behavioral supports and crisis intervention when needed This contract role promises a diverse caseload and a chance to play a pivotal part in student development throughout different school settings.
