Child and Adolescent focused Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is embedded within our integrative primary care model, partnering closely with pediatricians, behavioral health clinicians, and families to deliver coordinated, child-centered mental health care. The Pediatric PMHNP will play a critical role in diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and advancing comprehensive, team-based behavioral health services.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a PMHNP at Zarminali, you will focus on:Psychiatric Evaluation & Treatment:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans, including psychopharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions.Medication Management:
Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications in collaboration with families and the integrated care team.Patient Population:
Provide care primarily to patients ages 5-18Whole-Child Mental Health:
Support emotional, behavioral, and developmental wellbeing through early identification, evidence-based psychiatric care, and prevention-focused interventions.Family Engagement & Education:
Partner with caregivers to provide education, guidance, and shared decision-making around diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management.Collaboration:
Work closely with pediatricians, behavioral health clinicians, and multispecialty partners to deliver coordinated, integrated, and holistic care.Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory, legal, and organizational standards.WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Active NV APRN and ANCC Board Certification 2+ years of outpatient experience and able to function with autonomy Current and unrestricted medical license in Nevada DEA license Experience evaluating and treating pediatric psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral disorders, trauma, and adjustment concerns Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, integrated care setting that values coordination between physical and behavioral healthWHAT WE OFFER 100
