Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on review of records and clinical interviews with inmates Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team, including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and medical staff Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans for inmates Perform rounds in segregation or confined housing areas to assess inmate adjustment and mental health needs Deliver counseling and crisis intervention tailored to inmates' psychological needs Gather and share critical information with medical and security staff to ensure coordinated care and safety Document clinical findings and treatment progress in compliance with facility protocolsWhat You Need:
Active or eligible license as a Psychologist in Nevada Prior experience in mental health or correctional settings preferred Strong interpersonal and assessment skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment About theAssignment:
