- Provide expert psychological consultation and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of psychology-based programs, services, and initiatives
- Develop and enhance assessment methodologies, tools, and processes to support organizational and workforce objectives
- Conduct and interpret individual, team, and/or organizational assessments and provide actionable recommendations
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and inform decision-making
- Serve as a subject matter expert in psychology, behavioral science, and human performance
- Lead complex client engagements and influence strategic decisions through evidence-based recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to address complex challenges and achieve project objectives
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and thought leadership to colleagues and clients. Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 10+ years of relevant professional experience required; Master's degree in Psychology and 8+ years of related experience or PhD and 6+ years of related experience required.
