Immediately Job Description We are looking for a School Psychologist to join our Mental Health team in our District. Our School Psychologist works under the supervision of our Director of Pupil Personnel and in concert with our building principals and mental health team. We are looking for highly qualified and experienced candidates with the following attributes: Valid New York State School Psychologist Certification Experience with social emotional learning and trauma informed practices Experience with the delivery of professional development and the creation of professional resources A student-centered approach to practice The ability to work well and communicate effectively with students, families, colleagues The ability to take a systems approach to the work A leader who possesses solid understandings of social emotional learning and trauma informed practices as well as someone who believes in continual growth and learning in their practice A professional who is committed to the work of the District and who is committed to creating the conditions for our students and staff to thrive Directly responsible for completing Psycho- Educational evaluations during initial referral to the CSE committee and subsequent triennial evaluations Click here for a comprehensive job description.
