School-Based Clinician Per Diem Youth Mental Health School-Based Counseling Excellence Matters Here. We partner with local schools to support students' emotional and behavioral health within the environment where they spend much of their day. This per diem opportunity is ideal for clinicians who want meaningful work, a flexible schedule and the chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and adolescents. What you'll do: Provide individual and group counseling to students in school settings Build supportive, trusting relationships with students Collaborate with school personnel, families and Harmonia's clinical team Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinical standards Participate in supervision and consultation as appropriate Maintain ethical and professional clinical practices at all times What we're looking for: Master's degree in social work, counseling or a related mental health field New York State licensure or limited permit preferred, including LCSW, LMSW, LMHC or LMFT Experience working with children and adolescents Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills A compassionate, dependable and relationship-centered approach Why Harmonia?
