Islandwide Contract, Full Time Professional 5 years exp Public / Civil Service, Social Services $5,300to$10,000 Monthly 0 applicationPosted 26 Jun 2026Closing on 26 Jul 2026 Roles & Responsibilities The Community Psychology Hub (CPH) is dedicated to improving people's lives through innovative, quality psychological and research services. We work in active collaboration with partners in the social service and public sector to provide care for persons with vulnerabilities alongside their families in the community. You will be working with the service management team at FSP(Family Support Division, MSF) to design, implement, manage, and review services to support couples and families who faced stressors and challenges in their marriage and family life journey. The service management team also participates in policy discussions led by the policy teams from other MSF divisions and government agencies to provide views on operational angle. On a day-to-day basis, you will partner divisions in MSF, the Family Justice Courts, the Syariah Court and social service agencies (SSAs) to develop solutions in the best interest of these families. Responsibilities Ensure smooth operations at MSF-appointed SSAs through providing consultation and clinical guidance in handling complex high-conflict family situations. Support case discussions and conferences for complex cases and provide clinical insights to case formulation and intervention Oversee, facilitate and coordinate community of practice platforms for MSF-appointed SSAs to foster shared learning and competency building in working with divorcing or divorced families. Develop and roll out of programme initiatives and practice guidelines for MSF-appointed SSAs in managing divorcing or divorced high-conflict family cases. Design and conduct monitoring and evaluation activities to assess programme outcomes and effectiveness for continuous improvement. Engage and liaise with stakeholders and partners including family courts, legal aid services and community organisations to enhance service and programme delivery. Requirements 1. Educational qualifications A recognised Masters' degree in Psychology (preferably Clinical). The programme must include a supervised practicum and supervised training in psychological assessment and intervention. Be registered or eligible for registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) (Full Membership) and Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP). 2. Work experience Minimum 5-8 years' experience in family and child related discipline. Demonstrated experience in managing high-conflict family cases. 3.
