Qualifications:
Current licensure as a School Psychologist Recent experience (within the past two years) in pediatric or school-based settings Familiarity with a range of assessment tools and intervention strategies Excellent communication, consultation, and teamwork skills Ability to adapt services to diverse student needs and collaborate effectively with educators and families Organized, reliable, and committed to fostering a supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psycho-educational assessments to identify student strengths and areas of need Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents to support students' academic and social success Provide direct counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis support as needed Support data-driven decision making through consultation and educational planning Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and policies
