2026-2027 Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required Valid Virginia Teaching License with an endorsement in School Psychology required Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations in a school setting preferred Strong knowledge of special education eligibility, psychological testing, and intervention strategies Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Pay:
$45+ per hour, based on experience Position Details Full-time onsite position for the 2026-2027 school year Caseload assignments based on district needs and psychologist preference whenever possible May serve 2-3 school sites within an assigned borough, depending on caseload Collaborate closely with Educational Diagnosticians, School Social Workers, and related service providers Educational Diagnosticians administer achievement testing, while School Psychologists focus on cognitive testing and eligibility interpretation Participate in Child Study, re-evaluation, eligibility, manifestation determination, and termination meetings District is ready to interview ASAP Key Responsibilities Conduct cognitive evaluations, classroom observations, and behavioral rating scales Interpret evaluation data and determine special education eligibility Guide school teams through eligibility criteria and evaluation results Participate in Child Study, IEP, eligibility, manifestation determination, and re-evaluation meetings Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and evaluation reports Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) eligibility Weekly pay School year contract with potential for extension Apply Now Caleb Wright Account Executive | Soliant 674-538-6429 Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
