Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Seeking a dedicated and skilled School Psychologist to provide services across three districts for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. This full-time, itinerant position covers a diverse K-12 caseload, ensuring a dynamic and rewarding experience as you impact the academic and personal growth of students.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Ohio School Psychologist certification required Experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting Ability to independently conduct student evaluations and assessments Demonstrated expertise in attending and contributing to IEP meetings Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload spanning multiple districts
Core Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of psychological services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade Conduct comprehensive evaluations to support students' educational and behavioral needs Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the development of effective educational plans Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families to promote student success Travel between three district locations to deliver services where needed Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with special education laws and procedures In addition to pay between $45 and $55 per hour, eligible candidates may receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
