Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract A rewarding long-term contract opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist interested in making a difference with 4th and 5th grade students. This in-person assignment begins November 18 and continues through March 1, supporting an elementary environment focused on nurturing student wellbeing and progress.

Key Qualifications:

Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Prior experience in a school setting, specifically with elementary-aged students Familiarity and comfort with conducting both Re-Evaluations (RETRs) and Initial Evaluations (IETRs) Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and staff Ability to manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of care and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including RETRs and IETRs, for 4th and 5th grade students Interpret assessment results and develop reports that guide instructional planning and interventions Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support students' academic, social, and emotional needs Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance requirements for evaluation timelines and documentation Offer consultation and crisis intervention as needed Working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:40 am to 3:10 pm, allowing for meaningful connections with students and seamless coordination with fellow professionals.
