Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Exciting contract opportunity for a skilled School Psychologist looking to make an impact in a dynamic educational environment. This long-term role starts November 18 and continues through March 1, supporting 4th and 5th grade students in an in-person setting. You'll be instrumental in providing psychological services, assessments, and guidance for students to foster success and well-being throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

Current and valid School Psychologist licensure/certification Previous experience as a School Psychologist in an elementary school is highly desirable Strong understanding of completing and interpreting RETRs and IETRs Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to build rapport and connect with upper elementary-aged students

Responsibilities:

Deliver in-person psychological services to 4th and 5th grade students on site Complete required RETRs and IETRs throughout the assignment Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student needs and interventions Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide professional feedback on student evaluations Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans as needed
