Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological assessment, evaluation, counseling, and treatment services in a behavioral health setting. The Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological evaluations, administering assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual, family, and group therapy, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare. This role also includes consultation, clinical documentation, behavioral interventions, and supervision of psychology trainees when appropriate. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral assessments, evaluations, and testing. Administer, score, interpret, and document psychological assessment tools. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Conduct behavioral assessments, crisis intervention, and suicide risk evaluations. Perform forensic psychological evaluations and prepare comprehensive clinical reports when required. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes. Prepare psychological evaluation reports, treatment summaries, discharge summaries, and progress notes. Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, social workers, case managers, and multidisciplinary treatment teams. Participate in treatment team meetings and provide consultation regarding patient care and behavioral health services. Provide behavioral recommendations and psychological consultation to healthcare professionals. Supervise psychology interns, assistants, or students as assigned. Participate in program development, quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and professional development activities. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards. Ensure compliance with ethical standards, licensing requirements, and organizational policies. Required Qualifications Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.

D.) in Psychology. Active Ohio Psychologist License. Current CPR Certification. Experience providing psychological assessments, evaluations, and psychotherapy. Experience providing individual, family, and group counseling services. Strong knowledge of psychological testing, behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethical standards. Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting forensic psychological evaluations and preparing court-related reports. Experience working in inpatient behavioral health, psychiatric hospitals, correctional healthcare, developmental disabilities, or community mental health settings. Experience with behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and suicide risk assessment. Experience supervising psychology interns, assistants, or trainees. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation. #
