Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as an on-site School Psychologist serving K-12 students across 2-3 school sites. This full-time contract role, spanning the entire academic year from August 7, 2026, to May 26, 2027, offers an engaging setting to make a lasting impact in the educational community near Bixby, OK.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Current Oklahoma licensure as a School Psychologist is required. Familiarity with K-12 settings, working across elementary, middle, and high school populations. Strong skills in psychological assessment, consultation, and evidence-based intervention planning. Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, counselors, and other educational professionals. Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing a flexible caseload across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, report writing, and recommendations for students. Participate actively in multi-disciplinary teams to support students' academic and behavioral success. Conduct individual and group counseling, as well as crisis intervention as needed. Assist with the development and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavioral plans. Collaborate with families and staff to foster a positive learning environment tailored to each student's needs. Travel between 2-3 school sites, ensuring accessible and consistent support for students and staff.
