Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact working as an on-site school psychologist! This contract opportunity places you within a supportive environment across 2-3 school sites, serving a diverse K-12 student population near Owasso, OK. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges and reach their fullest potential during the 2026-2027 school year.
Key Qualifications:
Must hold a current license as a school psychologist in Oklahoma Experience with psychoeducational assessments and interventions across K-12 preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families Familiarity with school-based mental health support, MTSS/RTI, and IEP processes is beneficial Ability to travel between multiple schools as part of weekly responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and interpret data to support student learning and development Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to identify and implement effective strategies for students' success Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges Assist in developing and monitoring individualized education plans (IEPs) and conduct regular progress reviews Support a positive and inclusive school climate and contribute to staff and family education around mental health
