We are currently seeking a School Psychologist to support students with multiple physical, intellectual, developmental, and behavioral disabilities in an approved private school setting. Working closely with educators, therapists, behavior teams, families, and IEP teams, this role is critical in conducting evaluations, facilitating IEP processes, and driving student progress in Swarthmore, PA .

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational and social-emotional evaluations, complete observations, and write comprehensive evaluation reports. Administer, score, and interpret cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments. Complete re-evaluations and provide actionable recommendations for services and supports. Participate in and contribute expertise to IEP meetings, reviewing records to help determine appropriate educational programming. Collaborate with BCBAs regarding Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs). Provide consultation and training to teachers and support staff, assisting with crisis intervention and behavioral planning. Maintain strict compliance with

IDEA, PDE

regulations, and all special education requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Master's, Ed.

S., or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology. Active Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification (PDE) and active PA licensure/certification. Strong assessment, report writing, and IEP development experience. Comprehensive knowledge of special education regulations and IDEA standards. Preferred experience with multiple disabilities, trauma-informed care, and approved private school or special education environments (PDE Special Education Certification a plus).
