DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Licensed Psychologist, you will conduct comprehensive psychiatric, diagnostic, and intellectual assessments to determine consumer readiness and clinical needs. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will design and implement individualized treatment plans through evidence-based psychotherapy, psychological testing, and cognitive remediation programs. This role requires the expert application of clinical measures to improve psychological behaviors and meet specific recovery goals. Additionally, you will lead group psychoeducational classes, document consumer progress, and provide essential clinical feedback within a professional therapeutic environment. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Travel and overtime as operationally necessary.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Special Requirement:
You must possess a valid license to practice psychology as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Psychology.
Other Requirements:
PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title. You must be able to perform essential job functions.
