Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location:

Asheboro & Thomasville, NC Position:

Full-Time, Permanent Setting:

Hybrid (Clinic & School-Based)

Position Highlights:

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-person, 2 days telehealth Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM No weekends or on-call responsibilities Competitive compensation package $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave & Paid Holidays New graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Analyze behavioral data and modify treatment plans Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and ensure quality clinical documentation

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field Strong knowledge of ABA principles and autism intervention Excellent communication and organizational skills If you're interested in learning more about this opportunity, please reach out.
