In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychological assessments, evidence-based interventions, and therapeutic services to diverse populations across outpatient and inpatient settings. Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), group therapy, behavioral health interventions, and trauma-informed care tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Provide crisis intervention services promptly and effectively to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies. Manage intake processes by evaluating client needs, establishing treatment plans, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams. Supervise clinical staff and trainees in delivering high-quality mental health services while ensuring adherence to clinical ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and medical records management. Engage in telehealth therapy sessions utilizing secure platforms to expand access to mental health services across various settings including school-based programs and community clinics. Collaborate with families, schools, hospitals, and community organizations to support clients with disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder or ADHD. Maintain detailed documentation of patient care activities, assessments, treatment progress notes, and compliance with all regulatory standards. Qualifications Doctorate degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution. Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics across inpatient and outpatient environments. Strong background in child & family counseling, addiction counseling, PTSD care, and working with trauma-related disorders. Demonstrated expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy techniques, psychological testing, and evidence-based practice approaches. Experience conducting mental health assessments for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder or intellectual disabilities. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and delivering remote therapy sessions effectively while maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines. Supervisory experience overseeing clinical staff or trainees is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients empathetically across diverse backgrounds; experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued.
