Fully Licensed Clinician (W‑2) Part‑Time | Outpatient Private Practice We are seeking a fully licensed clinician in good standing to join our growing private practice as a W‑2 employee. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking a stable, part‑time caseload with administrative support, competitive compensation, and a collaborative clinical environment. Work is focused on providing trauma informed and evidence based treatments to clients.

COMPENSATION

Starting at $50 per clinical hour Additional specialty compensation if credentialed with insurance panels directly. (Available once credentialed with at least 3 insurance panels directly and not through a 3rd party platform) :

• Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) or EMDR trained: +$5 per clinical hour
• DBT or IFS trained or Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2: +$3 per clinical hour Compensation opportunity at time of hire is capped at $60 per clinical hour Opportunities for future pay increases may be available based on performance, consistency, and longevity Preferential consideration for clinicians already directly credentialed with insurance panels (not through 3rd party billing and reimbursment platforms)•Neurofeedback•if you have experience with neurofeedback or are BCIA certified opportunity for increased compensation is available.

CASELOAD & SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS

This position is designed for clinicians maintaining an average of at least 20 completed clinical sessions per week Evening availability for at least one evening per week (up to 8:00 PM) or weekend availability is required Caseloads and schedules are reviewed collaboratively to support sustainability and consistency

RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete clinical documentation within 48 hours (supported by AI‑assisted tools) Collect copays and consistently enforce cancellation and no‑show policies Accurately track billed clinical hours for payroll Schedule ongoing client sessions following intake and coordinate availability A willingness to be a team player with professional communication and collaborative skills and attitude. Track and maintain required CEUs for licensing

• report CEU progress every 6 months for accountability NO‑SHOW & LATE

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clinicians are paid their full clinical hour rate for no‑show or late‑cancel sessions when the applicable fee is successfully collected from the client. Clinicians are responsible for reviewing attendance policies with clients and ensuring a valid payment method is maintained on file. Sessions without a collectible fee are unpaid.
