Job Description

Wildflower Mental Health Therapy is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and fully licensed mental health clinician to provide outpatient psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults in a supportive private practice setting. We are committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel safe, valued, and empowered to grow.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual psychotherapy services to clients. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and other required records. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment goals. Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing requirements and professional codes of conduct. Collaborate with parents, schools, physicians, psychiatrists, and other providers as clinically appropriate. Participate in case consultation and team meetings as needed. Maintain an active caseload and manage scheduling effectively.
Qualifications:
Fully licensed in Michigan as an LPC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist. Ability to practice independently and maintain professional liability insurance. Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or families preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to providing culturally responsive and client-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, behavioral concerns, or family issues. Specialized training in play therapy (optional), CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or other evidence-based approaches. Interest in contributing to a collaborative and supportive practice culture.

Pay:
$70.00 - $100.00 per hour
