You will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans to empower clients on their journey toward wellness. Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 coding systems to accurately determine client needs. Deliver individual, and/or family counseling sessions employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, DBT, and EMDR . Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety and stability during emergencies. Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy sessions, maintaining HIPAA compliance and secure medical documentation practices. Manage case documentation meticulously, including progress notes, treatment plans, medical records, and behavioral health reports in accordance with HIPAA standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management, patient care coordination, and research initiatives related to behavioral health and clinical research projects. Apply specialized skills in working with children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), special education needs, and geriatrics as appropriate. Skills Proven expertise in psychotherapy techniques across diverse populations and settings. Strong knowledge of motivational interviewing, crisis management, behavior management, and addiction counseling strategies. Experience working with children and adolescents in outpatient or inpatient settings; familiarity with pediatrics and Geriatrics a plus. Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations using ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate clinical documentation. Skilled in providing trauma-informed care for clients with PTSD or grief issues; experience with chronic pain counseling is a plus. Proficiency in telehealth platforms combined with excellent medical terminology understanding for seamless remote service delivery. Competency in social work principles, patient assessment techniques, and clinical research methodologies related to mental health care.
