Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Counselor or Social Worker 217 Mclaws Circle, Williamsburg, VA 23185 $63,110.80 - $150,824.91 a year - Part-time, Full-time $63,110.80 - $150,824.91 a year - Part-time, Full-time Williamsburg Centre for Therapy is seeking to expand our clinical team! We are an outpatient treatment center of independent practitioners that opened in the Fall of 1990. Close to I-64 and in a desirable office park, Williamsburg Centre For Therapy is a premier counseling practice with an outstanding reputation in our community. Our current clinicians work primarily with adults, couples, and adolescents. We offer insurance paneling/credentialing, a highly competitive reimbursement structure, the ability to see clients virtually or in person, and an exceptional office staff. Unlike exclusively online practices, our clients do all scheduling over the phone and/or in person and all billing is done with our insurance specialist who is available to speak with clients when needed. The therapists and office manager meet bi-weekly to discuss business and clinical issues. Perform patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Administer psychological testing and interpret results to inform treatment strategies. Facilitate group therapy sessions to support patients' mental health needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients. Stay current with best practices in counseling and therapy through ongoing professional development. Qualifications Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Counselor credentials Proficiency in psychotherapy and patient assessment Experience with HIPAA compliance and medical documentation Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy and crisis intervention Experience working with diverse populations, including children and individuals with developmental disabilities
