Licensed Clinical Psychologist or School Psychologist Interested applicants should email a copy of their CV, cover letter & a de-identified report to info@growthps.com Growth Psychological Services Evaluations, PLLC (GPSE) is a well-respected and growing private practice offering neuropsychological testing services in Libertyville, IL. We are looking to thoughtfully grow our team with the addition of an experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist or School Psychologist. This role would be primarily evaluation focused, with an opportunity to carry a therapy caseload as well. An ideal candidate would have experience working with both children and adults with extensive knowledge of neurodiversity, including ADHD, autism, giftedness, and learning differences. At GPSE, we emphasize providing comprehensive, personalized evaluations that go beyond the diagnosis to help people and families understand the root causes of problems in living they are facing. We take a collaborative approach and utilize aspects of Collaborative Therapeutic Assessment (CTA). We also specialize in working with neurodivergent clients. Given our nuanced and personalized approach to evaluations, we do not fit within the narrow limitations set forth for insurance-based testing and do not accept insurance. This also enables us to offer highly competitive pay rates for clinicians. A good fit for our team: Is trained and experienced in providing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and wants to continually evolve and grow this skillset to continue to best serve clients Has specific experience working with neurodivergent populations and knowledge of the nuances involved in assessing autism and ADHD.
