Job Description

Key Responsibilities Client Assessments:
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.Therapeutic Services:
Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.Treatment Planning:
Develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals—to deliver holistic care.Client Advocacy:
Serve as an advocate for clients by offering referrals and connecting them to community resources.Professional Development:
Stay updated on the latest developments in mental health care and participate in ongoing professional training and supervision. We do the following for our providers to ensure you outstanding flexibility and support on every level of the practice:- Handle your credentialing
- Refer patients
- Prepare an initial intake screening questionnaire for new patients
- Process billing claims
- Handle all phone calls
- Handle appointments set up and copayment collection.
- Handle all forms
- Handle patients' letters(like animal support letters, etc.)
- Office manager to handle all problematic patients' issues
- Provide IT support at all times.
- Reimbursement for PSY supervision (optional). With such flexibility on your end, as an independent contractor you are able to :
- Provide us with your preferred patients' scheduling
- Operation hours are Monday-Sunday, 7 am- 10 pm, so you can manage your time accordingly
- You receive compensation every two weeks (every other Friday)
- No contract is required.
