Full-Time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Psychologist to join our dynamic behavioral health team at Rosalino Counseling Services, LLC. In this role, you will provide expert psychological assessment, therapy, and crisis intervention services across diverse settings, including outpatient, school-based, and telehealth platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families , while making a meaningful impact in underserved communities. About Us Rosalino Counseling Services, LLC is a growing, multicultural mental health practice dedicated to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care . We proudly serve diverse populations across Rhode Island and are committed to creating a supportive, inclusive environment for both clients and clinicians. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment tools (cognitive, executive functioning, memory, behavioral assessments) Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, trauma-informed care) Deliver child and family therapy, including working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental delays, and behavioral challenges Provide crisis intervention and support for individuals experiencing acute distress or trauma Write detailed, high-quality clinical and forensic reports (e.g., diagnostic clarification, school-based evaluations, immigration evaluations) Facilitate group therapy sessions when applicable Supervise interns or junior clinicians as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (schools, medical providers, families, and community agencies) Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation Utilize telehealth platforms to expand access to care Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or related field Licensed Psychologist in Rhode Island (or license-eligible) Experience in psychological and/or neuropsychological assessment Strong diagnostic, clinical writing, and report development skills Experience working with children, adolescents, and families Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, trauma-informed approaches) Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards Preferred Qualifications Experience with school-based evaluations and IEP-related assessments Background in autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, or behavioral health Experience in inpatient, outpatient, or hospital settings Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply ( Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred ) Telehealth experience Core Competencies Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations Ability to manage a flexible caseload independently Team-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities What We Offer Competitive compensation (salary or per-evaluation structure) Flexible scheduling options Hybrid work environment (office, school-based, telehealth) Administrative, billing, and referral support Established client base Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunities for specialization and professional growth Why Join Us At Rosalino Counseling Services, we are committed to helping clinicians thrive while making a meaningful difference in the community.
