At Still Waters Consulting Group , we believe licensed psychologists should spend their time doing what they trained to do—helping patients—not worrying about insurance paperwork, billing, coding, or credentialing. We're seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our growing practice on a flexible contract basis. This position offers a combination of in-office evaluations and the opportunity to complete telehealth appointments when clinically appropriate, providing a true hybrid work environment. You'll enjoy a steady referral stream through established community partnerships and contracts, allowing you to build a consistent caseload without the need to market yourself. What You'll Do Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments Provide diagnostic interviews and clinical recommendations Complete documentation in a timely manner Deliver both in-person and telehealth services, when appropriate Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team Maintain ethical and evidence-based standards of care What We Provide ✅ Flexible scheduling—you choose your availability ✅ Hybrid work environment with telehealth opportunities ✅ Consistent referrals and established patient volume ✅ Administrative support from our experienced office staff ✅ Credentialing handled for you ✅ Billing, coding, and insurance processing handled for you ✅ Scheduling and patient communications managed by our team ✅ Collaborative, supportive clinical environment Our goal is simple: you focus on your patients while we handle the business side of healthcare.
